K-on condensed phase is described on the basis of SU(3)_L xSU(3)_R
chiral symmetry and then neutrino emmisivity inherent in thisphase is
discussed. It is shown that rapid cooling of neutron stars isstill
possible even if there is no pion condensate inside neutron stars.
