Three-dimensional MHD nested grid simulations on the magnetized cloud collapse are presented. It is shown that the fragmentation process is much affected by the magnetic field as well as the rotation motion in the aligned rotator of B parallel Ω. Magnetic field suppresses the fragmentation of the first core. For the cloud of B nparallel Ω (non-aligned rotator), the angular momentum is efficiently transferred by the magnetic field and the alignment is achieved by the first core formation epoch.
