A stationary thin-orbiting accretion disk surrounding a black-hole has been studied taking the pressure gradient force into account. We have found that under the condition appropriate for a binary X-ray source, with usual assumptions about viscous stress, the disk is largely modified when the pressure gradient force is taken into account. Therefore, current thin-disk models to account for observations of Cyg X-1 are self-inconsistent, since the pressure gradient force is neglected in those accretion disk models.
