Papers are presented on unified D-region ion composition models and an error analysis of D-region electron density profiles from a gyrowave interaction experiment. Planetary waves at equatorial stratopause are studied along with internal gravity waves in the Venusian atmosphere, the modulation structure of sweepers in HF and VHF bands, and the distribution of active regions on the sun. Attention is given to the effective collision frequency of electrons in helium, neon, atomic nitrogen, and oxygen. An analysis is made of cloud particle size distribution from space-borne line-spectrum imagery and the noise field and skywave propagation in a LF band are evaluated. Electron capture processes in the upper atmosphere are described along with a theory of equatorial sporadic-E and the dynamics of monsoon circulation.
