I describe here the new CAPMAP (Cosmic Anisotropy Polarization MAPer)
instrument, which performed its first season of observing between February and
April 2003 from the Crawford Hill 7-meter antenna in NJ. CAPMAP is based on the
design for the PIQUE instrument, but has better sensitivity and superior
angular resolution.
