The intensity and the energy spectrum of cosmic electrons arising from the nuclear collisions of cosmic rays are calculated by reference to experimental data obtained with accelerators and cosmic rays. The electron spectrum thus obtained agrees reasonably well with recent observations of electrons with energies below 2 Gev. The Galactic radio spectrum expected from the electrons is calculated with particular attention to its low frequency part. The less steep spectrum recently obtained may suggest considerable fluctuations in magnetic field strength in the Galaxy. The γ-ray spectrum is also given of the same origin as the electrons. It is emphasized that the comparison of these three as well as the relative intensities of positions and negatons will be very important for the origin of cosmic rays and related astrophysical problems.
