Description of the procedure and results of an attempt at a simultaneous definition of the orbital elements of Mercury, Venus, earth, and Mars within the context of a large set of available measurements. This unified theory describes the heliocentric motion of the inner planets by relativistic differential equations containing both Newtonian and Schwarzschild terms caused by solar influence. Computations entailed 3768 radar measurements and 7193 optical (angular) measurements.
