Calculating the adiabatic exponent γ ≡ (d log P / d log ρ)ad or the non-degenerate gas consisting of radiation, neutrinos, electron-pairs, muon-pairs, pions and nucleons, we investigate the condition of the hydrostatic instability in high temperature stars in the post-Newtonian approximation. It is found that the general relativistic effect plays a significant role for the hydrostatic stability condition of very high temperature stars.
