Reports the discovery of a suspected variable on films taken for the UK Nova/Supernova Patrol on 1995 November 15.9 UT. The object is located at: RA = 23h52m09s Dec. = +66°34'48″(2000) and is apparently IRAS 23496+6618. M. Collins, the discoverer, reports his analysis of patrol photographs and obtains the ephemeris JDmax = 2447697.03+332.05 E suggesting a Mira type variable with mean magnitude range 11.3 - 18.1 with rises to 10.9. A finding chart and magnitude sequence to magnitude 12.5 is provided.
