High resolution observations of horizontal proper motions, as well as vertical Doppler velocities measured over two selected regions of small magnetic elements show a coherent behavior. However, simultaneous high resolution (less than 1 arcsec) measurements of the line of sight velocities in regions of magnetic elements have never been reported to substantiate theoretical modeling. A few selected but representative proper motion measurements, as well as simultaneous line of sight velocity maps in and around two magnetic elements, deduced from a sequence of high resolution filtergrams are discussed.
