A theoretical model of the motion of an isolated flare magnetic cloud in the regularly nonuniform inner heliosphere has been developed. Calculations are given of the velocities and times of flight of the center of mass of the cloud away from the Sun towards the Earth's orbit for different positions of the flares relative to the heliospheric current layer and for different inclinations of the heliospheric current layer to the solar equatorial plane. The calculations indicate a strong deceleration of the clouds upon their propagation through a heliospheric streamer and the eastern neighborhoods of the heliospheric current layer. The appearance (absence) of shock waves (SC) at the Earth is determined both by the specific oblateness of the shock waves and by the conditions of their evolution, which are disrupted upon deceleration of the clouds or their movement far away from the heliospheric current layer.
