AGRAWAL et al.1 present an interesting observation of the
variable X-ray source Cygnus XR-1 at energies above 20 keV. This
communication points out that their observations may be consistently
interpreted in terms of the eclipsing binary model for the source that
was originally outlined in an article by myself2 (article 1).
