The energy spectrum exponent and the flux of primary gamma quanta at the atmosphere boundary are estimated for primary energies greater than 10 exp 14 eV. The absolute flux of single diffusion gamma quanta in the primary gamma energy region 1000 TeV and greater at the atmosphere boundary is estimated at 0.13 +/- 0.03/sq m yr s. The fraction of single diffusion gamma quanta among all particles in primary cosmic rays is estimated at 0.26 +/- 0.12 percent.
