Equatorial motion of test particles in the Kerr-de~Sitter black-hole background is considered. Properties (reality, stability, boundedness and direction) of circular orbits are discussed and marginally stable and marginally bound orbits are determined. Black-hole spacetimes admiting co-rotating and counter-rotating stable circular orbits are separated in the parameter space.
