Measurements of mean energies for 43 pulsars at 102.5 MHz and eight
pulsars at 61 MHz are reported. The observations were performed with two
radio telescopes at the Pushchino Radio Astronomical Observatory. A
dependence of the spectral index in the 102-408 MHz interval on the flux
density at 102 MHz is found.
