Electromagnetic transition matrix elements have emerged as surprisingly sensitive probes of the influence of three-body forces in nuclei. Recent advances in experimental techniques have made it possible to measure these matrix elements with sufficiently high precision that they can differentiate between three-body formulations. Results from Gammasphere and the Yale array on the isobar triplet ^10C, ^10B and ^10Be will be presented, together with new Variational and Greens Function Monte Carlo calculations.
