An outline of the perspective given by Iwanowska (1989) is presented. The redshifts of the Iwanowska line galaxies form five states. The present solution of the line stability problem is significantly at odds with the concept of an anthropic universe advocated by Barrow et al., but agrees with the view of Grabinska (1992) on the problem of anthropicity, observation, and evaluation of extragalactic data and meta-astronomy.
