A brief description is given of integrable cases of the restricted elliptical twice-averaged three body problem when a complete qualitative analysis of this problem can be performed by a numerical-analytical method. A detailed study is made of a particular solution, in which the line of orbital nodes of the zero-mass point coincides with the apsidal axis of the orbit of the disturbing body and the orbits themselves are orthogonal. The study is carried out for arbitrary values of the parameters of the problem.
