A simple Runge-Kutta method is used to obtain exact numerical results for the energy-dependent diffusion of galactic cosmic-ray nuclei in the dynamical halo model. A new observational limit on the galactic modulation parameter q = VD/K is obtained from the demodulated interplanetary proton observations. The numerical results are compared with the approximate analytic solutions of Jokipii and Jones.
