The author presents the state-specific dielectronic recombination rate coefficients to the n = 3 single excited state of Ar IX, Ti XIII, Fe XVII and Se XXV. Results presented involve detailed calculations of radiative and autoionization rates to ground as well as excited states of the recombining ions. Coefficients of least-squares polynomial fits to the calculated data are also provided for temperature range 0.01-5.0 keV.
