We have recently undertaken a search for new Gamma Dor stars which has resulted in 25 candidates. A first approach was to scan the Hipparcos data base of new variables and secondly we searched for stars with a relatively high intrinsic standard error in the Geneva catalogue. Both searches were performed in the expected spectral domain for Gamma Dor stars, although we took a rather large range in temperature to obtain an unbiased group. We here report briefly on our results and future work in this field.
