Scientific paper

Predictions of the amplitude and dates of the beginning and maximum of
the next solar cycle are summarized. Predicted next cycle is a medium
activity cycle, similar to cycles 13 (1889-1901), 15 (1913-1923), 17
(1933-1944) and 20 (1964-1976). The maximum for a cycle beginning mid 86
is in 1990.
