Boyle et al (2007) found a kink in the radio-FIR correlation, which now appears to be caused by a population of galaxies which are abnormally radio-quiet, thus falling below the standard radio-FIR correlation. Here we propose to search for CO in one such galaxy to find out what makes them different. This project is also a feasibility study for a much larger CO study of ATLAS galaxies planned for next year, but we have decided to focus the pilot project by attacking a particular scientific problem.
