The existence of the halo of dark matter and relict neutron stars, which extends to distances of 300-400 kpc, is predicted. The spatial distribution of neutron stars is found. The assumption that neutron stars are sources of gamma bursts is shown to be in good quantitative agreement with observational data. The possibility for direct verification of the model under consideration, which is associated with the study of the angular anisotropy of the observed gamma bursts, is shown.
