Mission duration and energy requirements are estimated for expeditions to main-belt asteroids and Trojans with maneuvers near Venus, earth, Mars, and Jupiter. The most efficient mission routes are identified. Maximum energy requirements are estimated at 13.5 km/s for missions to main-belt asteroids and 15 km/s for missions to Trojans. The validity of the estimates of energy requirements is supported by calculations allowing for real orbit elements and planet and asteroid configurations for the period 1980-2020.
