Cantorian spacetime E(∞) with the continuous dimensional expectation >DimHE(∞)< = 4+φ3 is shown to consist of hierarchical self affine Penrose universes with noncommutative properties constituting a geometrical realization of the noncommutative formalism of orthodox quantum mechanics.
