Information obtained about the heliopause by the field and charged
particle monitors aboard the two Voyager spacecraft is discussed.
Emphasis is given to the detection of a massive release of radio energy
by the sun in mid-1991 that reached the heliopause in late 1992 and was
detected by both spacecraft.
