The possibility of creating of time machines, allowing one to travel into the past and the problem of causality are discussed in the review. At the fist sight a time machine inevitably leads to the possibility of changing the past, thereby producing causality violations. But it is not so. We discuss whether and how the laws of physics deal with time machines. The review deals with unusual phenomena which become possible in the case of the existing of a time machine.
