We try to propose a new model of the creation of Universe. First, the de Sitter spacetime is created from nothing and then we obtain an anti-de Sitter spacetime which has closed time-like curves by analytical continuation. We know that the anti-de Sitter spacetime is classically unstable, so it is easier to create an inflationary bubble universe as that we live in.
