Carbon nanomaterials are synthesized in a gas-phase non-equilibrium
plasma process. The present paper describes basically new approach to
carbon nanotubes synthesis. This method has the possibility of scaling
under atmospheric pressure without any additional catalyst and with use
of not expensive carbonic gaseous fuels (methane, propane, etc.).
