The paper reports the discovery of a 1.9M{earth} planet or the nearby M dwarf GJ 581 (already known to host 3 planets). Here we list the radial-velocity data measured with HARPS (a high-resolution spectrograph providing high precision radial velocities) and the spectroscopic indices measured on the same spectra.
