Aurorae: Alfven Waves

Scientific paper

On the basis of the differences between ideal MHD Alfvén waves
and kinetic Alfvén waves, the nonlinear kinetic Alfvén
wave with Poisson equation correction and the evolution of kinetic wave
have been presented. These results have been used to explain the
observation data from Freja satellite and CRIT II rocket in aurora.
