The authors present HIRES IUE (SWP+LWR) spectra of the WN6-C4 star HD 62910, the brightest of only three WN-C stars known in the Galaxy. The measured velocity widths of the WN and WC emission lines and P-Cygni profiles show a well-defined, single correlation with transition I.P., indicating that both sets of lines are formed in the same wind which has a 'WN6-like' v of 2200 km/s. The data strongly indicates that HD 62910 is a single star showing both WN6 and WC4 spectral features and is at the brief intermediate stage between a WNE and WC star. The evolutionary implications of this result are briefly discussed.
