Starting from the standard model for primordial nucleosynthesis, the sensitivity of primordial abundances to variations in the interaction strengths and mass parameters which enter the calculations is examined. Conclusions are drawn about the restrictions on the variations of these physical parameters over cosmic times in view of current estimates of primordial element abundances.
