This document describes the Cryogenic Damping Test (CDT) of the James
Webb Space Telescope (JWST) Backplane Structural Test Article (BSTA).
Contained in this report are descriptions of test configuration,
highlights of data, review of methods used to extract modal parameters,
and presentation of results and conclusions.
