Some magnetofluid cosmological models which are plane-symmetric in nature are derived, using the general cylindrically-symmetric metric of Marder. The effect of a magnetic field on the distribution of matter is revealed, and the field equations and their solutions are given. A discussion of the various physical and geometrical properties of the models is presented.
