Dusty high redshift galaxies and their contribution to cosmic star formation, metal enrichment, and re-ionization are poorly characterized due to uncertain dust corrections in the optical/UV and the limited number of redshifts for submillimeter galaxies at z>3. The association of gamma-ray bursts with massive stars indicates that some GRBs should occur in such galaxies. Here we carefully select GRBs that occurred in dusty high redshift galaxies (z>3, A_V>2 mag, N_H>1e23 cm^-2), through direct evidence for severe obscuration of the optical/near-IR afterglow and the lack of radio emission. The proposed Chandra TOOs provide the sub-arcsec accuracy required for isolating the host galaxy from the multitude of faint galaxies expected within the Swift/XRT 10-arcsec diameter X-ray localization.
