Friedmann-Robertson-Walker stiff matter solutions in the scale covariant theory of Canuto et al. (1977), in which there is a variable gravitational 'constant', are derived. The solution represents a generalization of the general relativistic solution. For appropriate values of the constant epsilon in the solution, an expanding, static, or contracting universe could be obtained.
