The rotation measures of 247 extragalactic radio sources with known redshifts are used for simultaneous investigation of magnetic fields of the Galaxy and the Metagalaxy. It has been shown that the direction of the metagalactic magnetic field (l0, b0) = (100°, 25°) nearly coincides with the direction of the galactic magnetic field in the southern hemisphere and is opposite to it in the northern hemisphere. The strength of the metagalactic magnetic field is estimated to be of the order of 10-9Gauss. It has been proposed that the presence of a certainly distinguished direction may be connected with large-scale rotation of the Metagalaxy. The angle between the rotation axes of the Metagalaxy and the metagalactic magnetic field is very large.
