It has been shown that the Kelvin time of cooling of the nucleus-like superdense cosmic objects (pion stars) is conditioned only by the photon canal of energy loss and is much less than that of ordinary neutron stars. The course of the specific nuclear processes on the surface of such objects in the time of matter accretion can lead to the emergence of a γ-pulsar.
