We present the results of the Beppo-SAX observations of two distant
z~0.3 galaxy clusters: A348 and A33. We outline the main results of the
data analysis and discuss the cosmological relevance of these new data
for the evolution of the Inter Galactic Medium (IGM) in distant clusters
of galaxies.
