Scientific paper

The paper presents calculations of changes in the distribution function of monoenergetic anisotropic auroral electron flux according to longitudinal velocity depending on height. The calculations used the Monte Carlo methods, and took into account elastic and inelastic collisions of electrons with neutral particles and movements of electrons in the geomagnetic field between collisions. An attempt was made to evaluate the effect of collective processes on the relaxation rate of electron flux in the ionospheric plasma.
