In this paper we are using a sophisticated 3DT MHD+N model of the solar wind - interstellar medium interaction as a new diagnosis tool to constrain the structure of the heliospheric boundary region. This work is done to confront the model with measurements (HST, Voyagers, Ulysses etc.) in the future. We analyse several cases for different interstellar boundary conditions to see their effect on the heliosphere and the heliospheric interfaces. From about 90 calculated cases we have chosen the most characteristic and instructive. We present and discuss them in detail.
