Results are presented of calculations of the flow and spatial gradients
of protons formed as a result of hydrogen ionization and accelerated by
small-scale and large-scale solar wind turbulence. It is shown that the
cosmic ray background can be formed by ionized hydrogen in interstellar
space, after its acceleration by large-scale turbulence in solar wind.
