The Keplerian elements and other orbital parameters of the major satellites of Saturn are determined. The masses of the four inner satellites are calculated by analyzing the frequencies and amplitudes of the resonances which characterize their motions. The dynamical form factors J2 and J4 of Saturn are determined. The observations of Mimas are analyzed using a theory which includes the longer-period terms calculated by Vienne et al. (1991). Inclusion of these terms makes a small but significant difference to the coefficient of the secular acceleration in the mean longitude.
