The annihilations of WIMPs produce high-energy gamma-rays in the final state which could be detected by Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes such as the H.E.S.S. array. Plausible targets are the Galactic Center, the center of galaxy clusters, dwarf spheroidal galaxies or dark matter substructures in galactic haloes. We present here the H.E.S.S. observations on the nearby dwarf galaxies Sagittarius and Canis Major. Constraints on the velocity-weighted annihilation cross section of dark matter particles are derived in the framework of Supersymmetric and Kaluza-Klein models. An experimental flux sensitivity map to dark matter annihilation in a wide field of view is presented from the H.E.S.S. Galactic plane survey. A search for dark matter mini-spikes around intermediate mass black holes is presented as well as constraints on the particle physics parameters in various scenarios.
