Scientific paper

The central regions of galaxies were likely heavily dust enshrouded
during their formation epoch. Future far-IR observations can provide a
window into this formation process and help determine the relationship
between bulge formation and black hole formation. These observations
will also probe the physics of the formation of the first objects.
