A new code for calculation of the propagation of cosmic rays has been developed. The code uses time as the 2 integration variable, instead of the g/cm , that has been used historically. The computational technique and parameters used in the code are described. Two results from application of the code are presented: (1) a 10 9 numerically exact solution for the Be/ Be ratio over a wide range of energies in the Leaky Box model; (2) 10 9 the consequences for the Be/ Be ratio when cosmic rays are observed from inside a cavity ("bubble") of low density.
