The counter Lagrangian, axial and conformal anomalies due to fields of arbitrary spin in the Riemann-Cartan space are obtained by using the method of 't Hooft and Veltman based on the Feynman diagram analysis. In the form before calculating the trace, our formula coincides with that obtained by the method of coincidence limits of DeWitt. The axial anomaly due to a spin 1/2 field and the conformal anomaly due to an antisymmetric tensor field of the third rank are given explicitly as an illustration. It is shown that the anomalies are in general not expressed in terms of topological invariant quantities, unless the field equations for irreducible fields are changed drastically.
