The induced fractional charges on Kaluza-Klein or axion domain walls are discussed in the presence of charged particles or magnetic monopoles. These induced charges are changed after penetration of charged particles or monopoles through domain walls, as well as the charges of particles or monopoles themselves, in such a way that the total charge is conserved. We also discuss the new stable state of confined monopole inside closed axion domain wall - monopole bag, with quantum numbers of dyon, but with a smaller mass.
